Freelance Learning Experience Designer

I work collaboratively with stakeholders to create engaging and effective resources that align to the business’ strategy.  Working to Agile principles, I've coordinated multiple digital learning projects for clients and their SMEs, supporting Onboarding, Change Management and Organisational Development initiatives.  My 10 years' people development experience works in synchronicity with innovative instructional design expertise, resulting in communication and learning resources for improved user experiences and measurable interactions.

With great emphasis on strengthening accountability and benchmarking standards, I have proven success developing a diverse range of experiential learning resources specifically for the UK Financial Services sector.  Working with subject matter experts and industry partners, I design elearning, explainer videos, knowledge checks, workshop resources, infographics etc to provide a blend of learning compliant with regulation and legislation.

As Freelance Learning Experience Designer, I create digital resources that aid delivery of learning and communication projects.  With multimedia design accreditation, I use a multitude of apps and creative tools to produce effective design solutions; including Articulate 360, Cyberlink's PhotoDirector / PowerDirector , Adobe Creative Cloud, Prezi, Near-Life, Vyond, Plotagon to name just a few.  Stills photography and video production form the base of my Lx Designs, motion graphics and branding.
