  • Designed and delivered development workshops from onboarding to ILM Levels 3-5 development programmes specific to the business strategy:

    • coached the organisation's intranet publishers, enabling greater accessibility to relevant / up-to-date content, utilising more interactive widgets and apps
       

    • within a year, the quality score increased by 20%, footfall improved by 5x previous levels and reduced the number of FAQs calls/emails by 63%. 

  • Curated a library of more than 600 relevant learning resources for bitesize development opportunities at the point of need:  

    • created or sourced explainer videos, TEDTalks, pdf downloads, self-assessments, forums, podcasts etc
       

    • self-directed learning accessed by 41% of users within first 6 months
       

    • allowed for social learning and greater collaboration opportunities
       

    • online learning hosted on bespoke LMS platform  maintained a >90% UX rate.

  • Designed / delivered a suite of knowledge checks and elearning projects to enhance the blended learning programme:

    • improved the onboarding journey by cutting workshop delivery of systems training, for a more cost effective solution
       

    • reduced the course duration across the mandatory training library by 43% and assigned the annual regulatory-required learning at the start of the user's journey; increasing learner engagement, resulting in 99% completion status by deadline
       

    • implemented assessment diagnostic tools, synchronising these reports with the Risk Management system for greater analysis of knowledge gaps and supplementary learning resources.
